Since eBooks and digital publications are electronically delivered products, all purchases are generally non-refundable once the download or access has been provided.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake
• Technical issue preventing access to purchased content
• Incorrect digital product delivered

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase
